Let's take a moment and appreciate the rarity that is a responsible musician, as anyone who's ever dabbled in the indie music scene knows, most musicians (come on, let's be honest people) are a bit flaky. They show up, the get a bit locked, they have some fun, they perhaps harvest a mobile number or two, they stay out too late and then get up around 2pm the following morning.

The above musician on the other hand, despite being the lead guitarist for Sofa King Cool, is one of the most responsible people to ever pick up a plec. He owns the gear and therefore shows up before hand to set-up, and afterward to tear down, usually leaves the gig afters shortly after the last song to wisely retire and get some sleep, and he teaches guitar at the local School of Music. I was so dumb-founded when I met him that I'm still in a bit of shock. He also happens to kick arse at lead guitar...

This particular photo, while suffering from minor technical problems, has spoken to me since the moment I took it. I'm still not entirely sure why.
